Love In Action
Here at the GPM our hearts go out to the victims, their families and to all of those who were impacted by the tragic events in Boston. A year ago I posted my Sowing Seeds of Love Declaration and today, on its one-year anniversary, I see the need for it more than ever.
As St. Thérèse of Lisieux said through me: “There is no grand plan. There is only a ‘grand being’. A state of being that is so grand it is capable of bringing peace and harmony to the planet. That is what I mean by being a ‘soldier of love’. It is a state of being so elevated that it heals…everyone in your path whether you recognize it or not. This is what you are called to do. My soldiers carry no weapons. My soldiers embody love.”
Love in action is what we witnessed at the Boston marathon as individuals risked their own safety to help others. They were soldiers of love and they are part of an army that is far greater in number and strength than that of any other army on earth. Teilhard de Chardin said, “The day will come when, after harnessing space, the winds, the tides, gravitation, we shall harness the energies of love. And, on that day, for the second time in the history of the world, man will have discovered fire.”
No matter what individual or group was behind this event, our compassion for one another and ourselves will bring us together in a state of love. God said to me in meditation that what people fail to realize when we try to solve problems through violence is, “They are going about it all wrong. The transformation they are looking for will not come about by tearing things down but by building things up, by building bridges of love between all people. This is so easy. All people must do is extend a hand to another and say ‘how can I help?’ But then they must act. They cannot just ask how they can help. They must help the best they can. The bridges will be built in this way. … you know that the only thing that will heal is Love. It is not democracy or autocracy. It is anything done with Love. It is not the form of government. It is what is in the heart of the people both in and out of government. Don’t cry. Be the Light.”
“(H)umanity is at a tipping point and it is weighted toward Love.” In a vision, God showed me an old fashioned seesaw, which was weighted down on the left side by the ego, fear, greed and all else that goes along with ego dominated living. On the right was Love. The seesaw was tilting toward the side of Love and as it did, all that was on the side of ego came tumbling down toward the side of Love. I could see that this transition caused extreme amounts of chaos and turmoil for individuals and for nations as the balance of the seesaw shifted toward Love. The seesaw came to rest at a point that was not completely weighted on the side of love put certainly weighted more to that side than toward the side of ego and is moving more in that direction all the time. The sense was that there is no urgency. This unfolding is happening as quickly as we are able to absorb it. Jesus asks that we, “Be the rain of love that falls down upon the parched earth. There is no element the earth needs more.”
The men and women helping to save lives during and after the explosion at the Boston Marathon were the rain of love falling on the parched earth. We thank them for being Love in action. We thank them for their ‘grand being’. For those of us who were not there, we can, and do send the vibration of love from our hearts to all of you who lived, suffered and died as a result of this dreadful event. To the individual(s) responsible, we send love and forgiveness.

Thank you for this. These are the words I have been waiting to hear. There is so much love coming out of this horror. As silly as it seems, even the Yankees reaching out to the Red Sox makes me think of the words from your Meditation For World Peace: enemies drop their guns and shake hands. It really is all about love.
Thank you for your message of forgiveness, they know not what they do.
Now I’m off to look up who in the world Teihard de Chardin is!
Theresa Joseph
Ooops, I left out an “l” in Teilhard de Chardin. Here is the entry in Wikipedia: May 1, 1881 – April 10, 1955) was a French philosopher and Jesuit priest who trained as a paleontologist and geologist and took part in the discovery of Peking Man and Piltdown Man.[1] Teilhard conceived the idea of the Omega Point (a maximum level of complexity and consciousness towards which he believed the universe was evolving) and developed Vladimir Vernadsky’s concept of Noosphere.
I love that quote of his about love…he couldn’t be more accurate.
Blessings,
Theresa

Thank you for sharing this Theresa.

My pleasure Lesley. I do believe Love will prevail.

Its so ironic that you speak of those who helped as soldiers of love, for I, too, was given the message today that we must soldier on in the name of Love. In order for humanity to move forward, we must find it in our hearts to forgive the individual(s) who executed this violent plan. It is love that will help us all get through the darkness, not more blame and hatred. Negativity attracts only more negativity, so let’s make the change necessary and focus on peace instead of the violence. A great way to do this is to simply turn your eyes away from the news and tune into the world peace meditation instead.
As an ambassador of peace, I tell as many souls as I can about the much-needed, timely message for world peace. This beautiful meditation has become a big part of my life, and the more people that can join in sending the vibration of peace and love to their family and friends, neighbors, fellow countrymen, and unknown “friends” around the world, the better, for we are all one.
My heart goes out to all of the families and friends of the victims who died or were severely injured and to all the angelic beings who selflessly lent a helping hand. There is always a silver lining, even in the darkest of situations; while I cannot fathom what that may be right now, I soldier on with hope and love in my heart and hope that the goodness that comes from this unforgettable international event will outweigh the bad.
Blessings to all who read this…shine on and continue spreading the message of world peace, please!

Thank you Dorina for your beautiful message and for being a soldier of love and an ambassador of peace. Every loving thought that goes out into the universe is helping to shift the world toward love.

Thank you for posting this.
It is so hard to recognize what is good during this tragedy.
YOU have a way of putting everything in a better perspective.
Theresa Joseph
Thanks Heidi. That is probably because the words come from Spirit.

Dear Theresa,
Thank you for these lovely words. When will we get it? I love the concept of “rain of love falling on the parched earth.” Looking forward to seeing you soon. Kathy
Theresa Joseph
Thanks Kathy for your response. As Jesus once told me about the meaning of life, “It is so simple. It is all about love.” We do overcomplicate things.
I look forward to seeing you too!
Blessings,
Theresa

Thank you for your words and for the Spirit behind them. They offered such love and comfort during these last two weeks! I had a similar experience in a meditation when I saw the image of a seesaw. The idea that came to me that even the smallest (millimeter or centimeter) movement in the direction of love causes an exponentially greater effect in the world. In other words, the shift in your spiritual alignment (in the middle of the seesaw, so to speak) physically moves the entire seesaw towards the manifestation of love. These shifts in the direction of love unfold naturally because they reflect and propel our deepest intention as beings; to love and be loved. When the seesaw shifts towards fear, it is only temporary and eventually reveals the Beauty and Peace underneath those unhealed wounds.
Yesterday, I went to the Memorial service of MIT Police Officer Sean Collier. Sean’s kind-hearted intention to support students, not only in his official duties as a police officer, but as a mentor, friend and local volunteer was deeply rooted in Love. Sean knew he wanted to be police officer since the age of seven and was truly inspired by a deeper intention to love others with kindness and generosity. He was known for spending a lot of time with the Outdoors Club, often training with students on long hikes to keep their Spirits up. He was so loved!
The night of Sean’s passing, the details enabled authorities to prevent further harm. Seeing 15,000 people, many of whom were students, honor his Spirit of protection filled me with awe and Grace. I was so touched by the simple path of generosity he gently laid for us. It was the first warm, Spring day we have had all year.

All so beautifully said, Liz. Sean was one of those shifting the seesaw toward the side of love. We honor him and send him our gratitude for all he was and continues to be.
Blessings,
Theresa
