Liquid Light Meditation
Mother Mary has been appearing weekly in our Wednesday Healing Grace sessions blessing and attuning those in attendance to higher levels of consciousness. One such practice I’d like to share with you is the Liquid Light Meditation, which helps to cleanse anything that no longer serves your highest good.
To begin, visualize Mother Mary standing beside you holding a very large earthenware jug. She holds the jug above your head and pours blessed, liquid Light in through your crown Chakra. The liquid Light fills you up and cleanses you at the same time, because as you fill up with this divine liquid Light, it leaves no room for any vibrations that no longer serve you; it could be vibrations in the form of negative thinking, in the form of dis-ease, or even in the form of negative relationships. The Divine liquid Light is equivalent to being filled with God’s Light and Energy.
Mother Mary says:
Tell them that what they carry with them is their choice. They can choose to be filled to the brim and overflowing with Divine Love, or they can choose to fill themselves with things/emotions that are not of the Divine; that are not of the Divine Realms.
This is like a Divine Bath. Every morning you get up, and you recall this visualization, you visualize yourself being filled with this Divine Liquid Light, so that you start your day cleansed and filled with Love.
You care for your bodies like this, where every day you wash, you shower, you bathe, but you don’t take the same care with your inner light. Every day it needs to be remembered, refreshed.
Just as you would remove stray particles from the outside of your body, this process helps to remove foreign matter, or lower vibrational matter from the inside of your being.
You conclude this meditation with your divinity intact, with your divine nature full to overflowing. Thank the Great Mother for her wisdom and her caring, her compassion and her love.

Now go in peace and in the knowledge that you are loved beyond measure.
