Grace: The Spiritual Double Booster Shot

God offers us this guided meditation, which can help to create perfect health for yourself, your loved ones, and even those who cause you pain. Read through and then go into meditation or listen to the original recording, which contains the healing Grace transmission that accompanied the Divine revelation. 

So much love. So much grace. The grace is raining down upon you continually.  It’s filling the space around you.  It’s filling the space between you and others. Live your lives from this place of grace.  Recognize the grace that already exists in your lives. Even what you hesitate to call grace is, in fact, grace.

Right now, imagine or visualize grace filling each of the cells in your body. Each cell fills with the Light and Love of God.  How could you ever be separate from that grace? The answer is, you can’t. 

Your senses may try to trick you into thinking that you are separate from God’s Grace, but you are not. As your cells fill with the light and love of God—with His grace—see that light shining brightly from each cell in your body. See what you look like through the eyes of God. 

Now, imagine someone you love standing in front of you and see their cells filled with the light and love of God and see them as God sees them. 

Next, visualize someone in your life with whom you have difficulties and see every cell in their body filled and filling with the light and love of God. And see them as God sees them. 

And through this exercise you are healing and delivering grace to those you love; to those who challenge you. And by recognizing the light and grace within your own selves you are healing yourselves with the loving energy of God; with His spectacular, never-ending love for you.

Use this practice on everyone you see today—no one is to be excluded, and recognize the grace that surrounds you and imbues you with divine glory.

Grace. Remember it. Live in it. 

Have the humility to know nothing you do is of your own making. God is right there beside you, right there inside you with His never-ending grace.
