...come closer to fully realizing your one true superpower—that of love.

A few days prior to recent world events, Mother Mary shared these words with me:

Never lose sight of the Truth. Truth is found not in your mind but in your heart. It is something that bubbles up, and then your mind becomes aware of the Truth.

In turbulent times, whether personal or global, it becomes critical that you exercise the muscle of your heart.

In times of trouble, you may want to close your heart, but your true power lies in your ability to keep your heart fully open through all circumstances. A fully open heart is too big to be crushed. That doesn’t mean it won’t experience pain, but the more open it is, the more impossible it is to crush.

Open your heart, letting love pour forth into the world, and know that that is no small thing. In your act of pouring love into the world, you are saving yourself and others in ways that are beyond your comprehension, because truly, no one yet understands the power of love. Embrace my words and my teachings, and come closer to fully realizing your one true superpower—that of love.

When these words were spoken, I had no idea that an already turbulent world was about to become considerably more so. Mary’s words were the wake-up call we didn’t realize we needed. We must stay focused on what is true, which is that love is our superpower. We need not give up in despair but continue to keep our hearts open in all circumstances, letting love pour forth into the world. As she makes clear, A fully open heart is too big to be crushed. That doesn’t mean it won’t experience pain, but the more open it is, the more impossible it is to crush.

We may not be in a position to negotiate peace, but we do have the power—a superpower, as it turns out—to pour love into the world. In your act of pouring love into the world, you are saving yourself and others in ways that are beyond your comprehension, because truly, no one yet understands the power of love.

I don’t understand the power of love, but I have enough faith to trust that what Mary says is true.

Pouring love into the world is something you can do anytime, anywhere.
