Accessing Inner Wisdom with Mary Magdalene
Mary Magdalene appears today as an older version of herself, which is not how she typically shows up. She is surrounding each of you in her indigo light and wants you to know that the wisdom you seek is inside of you. She encourages you to stay the course in seeking inner Wisdom—Wisdom from that place within where you and the divine are one.
Pause and feel her presence now—ancient, luminous, and deeply familiar.
Go there now and become aware of what your inner Wisdom has to share with you. Don’t judge what you hear, sense, or feel. Simply allow it to reveal itself.
She says, Now more than ever, you need your inner Wisdom. She’s showing me the word “Wisdom” with a capital W, because it’s not yours alone. Your inner Wisdom is the wisdom you access from your point of unity with the Divine.
Can you feel that space inside you—the still point where nothing is missing and all is known?
Passing the Baton
The image of Mary Magdalene as an older woman is a metaphor meant to convey that she is getting ready to pass the baton. With the baton she is transferring the knowledge that you carry inner Wisdom, which no one can take from you. She says, about inner Wisdom:
It’s your anchor. It’s what you can return to when there’s so much noise that it’s hard to know what to focus on or to know what’s true. You’re to come back to this inner Wisdom. Allow it to be your anchor. It will anchor you to your body, and your body to the earth. It anchors your unity with the Divine and grounds you in a new reality.
Close your eyes for a moment and feel yourself anchoring to your inner Wisdom.
Mary goes on to say,
When you can be here on earth but anchored in a higher dimensional reality, your experience of the world, of others, and of situations will be different—even from the experience of someone standing right next to you. You’ll not only be seeing the situation from a different dimension, but you’ll be living it from a different dimension as well. It will all be a reflection of how you choose to show up in the world for yourself.
Practicing this will allow you to see blessings where others see sorrow and pain. If you are living in the same dimension that caused the suffering and pain, you will experience it as such. But you have a choice. It all starts with diving deep within you to access your inner Wisdom—that point where you and Love are one, with no distinction between you. This point allows you to access multiple levels of reality, limited only by the amount of interference created in your mind.
Beyond the Mind
So just for this moment, let go of your mental gymnastics. Let go of your need to analyze how all this is done—or whether it’s even possible. Just for a moment, let go of that and feel what Mary Magdalene is saying to you.
Close your eyes. Take a breath. Let your Wisdom rise, unbidden and unedited.
Imagine yourself going deep inside of yourself and finding the sacred intersection of you and the Divine.
How do you look, seen through the eyes of your inner Wisdom?
How does the world look?
How would your loved ones look, if you were to see them through the eyes of Love?
Is it possible that there is another way to look at everything?
The universe is waiting for you to answer “Yes!” to that question.
What do you have to lose by simply acknowledging the possibility that there is another way to live—one that brings you deeper and longer lasting states of peace and joy?
Letting Go of the Baggage
Again, just for a moment, let go of all you thought you knew. Walk with Mary Magdalene into this higher dimension. Let go of all the baggage you’ve been carrying—suitcases packed with pain and regret, memories of those who wronged you or whom you may have wronged. Just put them down for a moment.
Can you walk away from those old suitcases filled with memories that may not even be accurate—but instead are your interpretation of past events filtered through the mind?
Free yourself and free all those you’ve been holding in contempt.
See yourself walking away from this baggage, and watch as angels swoop in to take it away.
What it requires is your willingness, your permission, your “Yes!”
Lightness of Being
If you find, as you walk away, that you’re balancing one more suitcase on your head as if Love wouldn’t notice, stop. Take it off your head, or let one of the angels lift it off for you. See how much lighter you feel.
Without all this baggage there is a discernable lightness to your being, as if you can walk on air.
The version of you without the luggage—without the list of transgressions—is much closer to who you truly are. And that version will give you access to even more Divine Wisdom.
So, walk lightly into your day.
Walk without burdens into your encounters with others.
Say “Yes!” to your divinity.
Closing Blessing
May the baton of inner Wisdom rest gently in your hands.
May your soul recognize the Wisdom that has never left you.
May you return, again and again, to the sacred place within where you and the Divine are one.
And may your “Yes!” ripple through every breath you take.
